Directors of Gulfstream have been responsible for the design and delivery in Dubai of the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Jebel Ali Racecourse and the Twin Towers on the Creek.

Gulfstream are in the process of delivering several communities within Jumeirah Village Circle. The Sanctuary project, phase one and two, is spread over a land area of 7 acres and represents a low rise, high quality development, of around 700 homes. The Sanctuary is made up of Haven Residences and is distinguished by Haven Apartments and Haven Villas. Haven Villas are designed as thee bedroom townhouse villas built over ground plus two floors.

The Villas have been built with families in mind and the whole of the top floor has been designed as a master suite with large balcony and terrace with Jacuzzi pool. The complete project is being delivered in four phases and offers amenities such as communal swimming pools, state-of-the-art fitness centres/health spas, landscaped gardens, recreational areas and 24-hour security. Phase one is under construction and due for delivery in mid-2019.
